The EOC SimCell can operate from any location that has telephone communications with the EOC. A room that is twenty by 30 feet will accommodate a large exercise that uses all 5 EOC SimCell control mats.
However, an exercise scenario with fewer control mats will fit into a smaller room or conference room.
