Requests

EOC Operations enters information on this sheet. If a REQ # from Column A on this screen is entered on the Task screen, “On Task Sheet” appears in the yellow column as a crosscheck. For example, REQ # 1 through 4 have been entered on the Task sheet for assignment. REQ #’s 5 through 9 have not. “R” and “I” entries in Column F change color for quick reference.

Tasks

EOC Operations enters information on this sheet. The blue link in Column B switches to the Requests screen. Entering a previously recorded REQ# in Column B automatically copies information to Columns C – D. The blue link in Column E lists the Incident #, which when entered automatically copies incident information to columns F through J. The next step is to find and enter a Resource reference number in Column K, which automatically copies the corresponding resource information to Columns N- Q. Enter a date and time for follow-up in Column L for follow-up. When the F9 Key is pressed and the computer clock has time has passed the follow-up time, the word “Check” will appear in Column M to remind Operations.
