Annexes to the Basic Plan of the All-Hazard Emergency Operations Plan are designed for emergency function coordinators at the Emergency Operations Center.

Ten Annexes describe emergency functions that can apply to any type of emergency. Two Annexes are shells with hyperlinks that can be modified by the local emergency management.

Each functional Annex contains:

  1. Job Description outlining general and specific duties.
  2. Checklist that incorporates essential and time-critical tasks, special considerations, and priorities.
  3. Tabs (appendices in CPG 101) containing reference information, special procedures and considerations including TERRORISM.

Annex Objectives:

1. Get coordinators into action: Start them on time-critical tasks.

2. Present essential reference information in a quick look-up format

(tables, charts, etc.) for general and specific emergency situations including Terrorism.
