As of July, 2009

The Purchaser of Clark Reynolds & Co. products (referred to as “products” in this License Agreement) agrees to the following:

1)       Any jurisdiction that purchases products and operates an Emergency Operations Center independently or jointly with another jurisdiction is authorized to use this product.  Jurisdictions that operate other Emergency Operations Centers at a higher or lower level jurisdiction must purchase this product separately.  In other words, one product per Emergency Operations Center.

2)       CLARK REYNOLDS & CO. grants a Non-Exclusive Copyright License to the Purchaser to duplicate and modify the product for coordination purposes within the jurisdiction of the purchaser’s Emergency Operations Center, only.

3)       The Purchaser will maintain the copyright mark of CLARK REYNOLDS & CO. on any paper or disk copies made from this product.

4)       Consultants agree to buy the product on behalf of a client, only.
