HICS-X Chemical Terrorism Exercise

HICS-X Chemical Terrorism exercise begins with a hospital command center discussion of an imminent terrorist incident. The questions is, "What should we do, right now?" An incident is reported that indicates a chemical attack.  Ninety realistic voice messages and reports on incident casualties and patient capacity begin to arrive from HICS staff members throughout the hospital.  As reports come in, the scope of the incident, and its impact on the hospital, is revealed.

Customizable Exercise Features: Number of incident casualties, names of hospital departments and local area agencies, hospital service capacities, roads closed, and more.

HICS-X includes a spreadsheet for modeling your hospital's patient surge capacity.
