Customer License Agreement As of December 2003 The Purchaser of the All-Hazard Emergency Operations Plan and other Clark Reynolds & Co. products (referred to as "products" in this License Agreement) agrees to the following: 1) Any jurisdiction or government (state, regional authority, county, city, town, village or similar government), or public or private organization that purchases the All-Hazard Emergency Operations Plan or other Clark Reynolds & Co. products is authorized to use these products. 2) The Purchaser may duplicate and modify the products for emergency planning coordination purposes within the purchaser's organization, only. 3) The Purchaser will maintain the copyright mark of CLARK REYNOLDS & CO. on any paper or disk copies made from these products. |
