04/23/2002 18:03	TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: SCHOOL BUS & SEMI AT MAPLE AND GROVE.	INJURIES AND FATALITIES ARE INVOLVED. AWAITING CONFIRMATION.	Citizens are asked to avoid the area.
04/23/2002 18:05	CITY HOSPITAL LOST POWER.	Public should avoid area near hospital until further notice.
04/23/2002 18:10	City PIO Issued Public Service Announcement to all TV and Radio media regarding alternative heat sources and dangers, and heated shelters that are open.		Do not leave candles unattended.
04/23/2002 18:15	Parking Garage Collapse at 1st National Bank Building, downtown at Main and 4th ST.	Several people are trapped in the rubble. Emergency agencies are responding. Please avoid the area.
