Validate an existing Emergency Operations Center. If your EOC Team is experienced and has effective systems, EOC X can help prove the EOC system design and boost EOC team confidence. Use with other exercise methods. Use the message objectives and expected staff actions to evaluate participant responses during Table Top exercises. Involve the EOC during Full Field Exercises by modifying messages to include live player input. |
