This is a sample of the HICS System binder Tabs for the Medical Care Branch Director. The intent of the binders is to provide a single place for organizing and storing HICS IV information. As the binders are used and updated, the binders become part of the hospital's cumulative memory and "lessons learned" for responding to an emergency.
