The exercise controller and evaluators use this sheet to monitor the accuracy of information collected by the hospital command staff and critical events, at any time during the exercise.

Notice how the "Beds Available" count increases, and then decreases. The total number of beds available at 1:22 PM is 17. This results from the cumulative effect of messages that report beds available verses hospital admissions.
