EOC Direction and Control function coordination or Operations in the EOC enters information on this sheet. When a REQ# is entered in Column 2, information for Columns 3 - 9 is automatically entered. The next step is to enter a Resource reference number in Column 10. EOC Info Tracker will automatically display the corresponding resource information in Columns 13- 16. A date and time for follow-up is entered in Column 11 for follow-up. When the F9 Key is pressed and the follow-up time has passed the current time, the word "Check" will appear in Column 12 to remind Operations. Task # 4 has been started but no resource number has been assigned, yet.

Sample entries are in Italics. All other information is generated by EOC Tracker. Totals for appropriate columns appear at the top of the sheet for quick reference.
